All delivery estimates are approximate. Avery Labels is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and fees.

Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Report any defects within 5 business days. Based on our assessment, we may issue a reprint, refund, or credit.
7. Defective Products and Limitations
Production tolerances of ±2.5% are standard. Claims outside of this range may qualify for correction or compensation.
8. Customer Submitted Artwork
All files should be submitted in CMYK format with 300 DPI resolution. Avery Labels is not responsible for RGB color conversions. Clients must ensure legal rights to submitted designs.
9. Content License and Copyright
By submitting content, you grant Avery Labels the right to use the artwork for order fulfillment and marketing, unless otherwise specified. Product images may be featured on our website or promotional materials.
10. Overruns and Proofing
Final delivery quantity may vary by ±8%. Digital proofs are provided for customer approval, and proofing accuracy is the client’s responsibility.
11. Payments
We accept major credit cards and authorized electronic payments. Payments are due upon invoicing. A 2% monthly fee may apply to invoices unpaid after 30 days.
12. Website Usage
Users may not copy, reproduce, or scrape any content from the site without prior written consent.

This site may include links to external websites. Avery Labels is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
14. Disclaimers and Governing Law
